My name is Savannah Kate Cottrell. I'm a 25-year-old Christian and all-American writer and traveler from Franklin, Tennessee.

I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in May of 2014, where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. While I was in college, I was most involved in the student newspaper (first as a comic artist and staff writer, and then as editor-in-chief), and in the campus radio station (as a news director, on-air news broadcaster and script writer, and occasional live guest host).

These days, you can find my writing in two more places: the Focus Press Blog, and Think Magazine, both published by Focus Press.

I love creative writing, and my dream is to become a young adult author.

On [Savannah] in Wonderland, my little space of the internet, you will find posts and things related to my passions and interests: I like to read and review books, I enjoy dressing up, I love to travel and see new things, and I also love talking about things and telling stories.

In editing, brackets are used to insert something at the editor's choosing, and one of my favorite stories happens to be Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. I inserted my name in brackets in that title just because I thought it reflected both my love of that story and my desire to live my life with optimism and to pursue my dreams, no matter how far-reaching they are. :)
